Gift Voucher, Promotional Offer & Prepaid Care Terms

• • These Terms & Conditions apply to gift vouchers, promotional vouchers, complimentary vouchers, discount offers and prepaid care packages issued by Nomad Chiropractic.

  • By purchasing, receiving or redeeming a voucher, you agree to these terms.

    Gift Vouchers

    • Full-fee gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

    • Gift vouchers may be redeemed for chiropractic services only.

    • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Unused balances are not refundable.

    • Gift vouchers are not transferable without prior approval from Nomad Chiropractic.

    • Services remain subject to practitioner availability at the time of booking.

    Promotional & Complimentary Vouchers

    • Promotional, discount and complimentary vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

    • Promotional vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.

    • Promotional vouchers have no cash value.

    • Lost, expired or unused vouchers cannot be extended, replaced or redeemed for cash.

    Initial Consultation Vouchers

    • Initial Consultation vouchers are available for new clients only.

    • Limit of one Initial Consultation voucher per person.

    • Initial Consultation vouchers cannot be combined with other introductory offers unless otherwise stated.

    $30 Referral & Reactivation Vouchers

    • $30 vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

    • Vouchers may only be used toward eligible chiropractic services.

    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used to purchase products.

    Mini-Mos Family Health Check Vouchers

    • Mini-Mos Family Health Check vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    • Bookings remain subject to practitioner availability.

    Redeeming a Voucher

    To redeem a voucher:

    • Present the voucher at reception; or

    • Include the voucher code in the notes section when booking online; or

    • Advise our team at the time of booking.

    Nomad Chiropractic reserves the right to verify voucher validity before redemption.

    Prepaid Care Packages & Account Credit

    Prepaid care packages and prepaid account credit are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    If care is discontinued before all prepaid visits have been used:

    1. Previously attended appointments will be recalculated at the applicable standard consultation fee at the time they were provided.

    2. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded to the original purchaser or nominated bank account.

    Refund requests may take up to 14 business days to process.

    General Conditions

    Nomad Chiropractic reserves the right to:

    • Refuse redemption of expired vouchers.

    • Correct pricing or administrative errors.

    • Modify promotional offers without notice where permitted by law.

    • Cancel or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
