With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr Sandy Ghobrial is a trusted and highly skilled Family Wellness Chiropractor at Nomad Chiropractic. She is passionate about supporting families through every life stage—from newborns navigating their first milestones, to pregnant mothers seeking comfort and alignment, to busy parents and grandparents wanting to stay active, mobile, and well. Sandy holds both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, and has built an impressive and diverse career since graduating. She previously owned her own successful family-focused chiropractic clinic, worked as a trusted locum across New South Wales (including at Nomad Chiropractic itself), and supported a broad spectrum of patients—from newborns and toddlers to elite athletes and seniors.

Her years as a locum gave her rich insight into different chiropractic approaches and techniques, sharpening her ability to adapt her care to the unique needs of each individual and family. She’s known for her gentle, intuitive approach, combining hands-on techniques with cranial work, functional movement strategies, and nervous system support.
